Returns & Swap Policy
EXCHANGES, SWAPS & RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges of any sale items. Final sale items are all items marked down on our website.
For Australia
As we are a small business we cannot reimburse orders for postage or return postage. We do not charge for postage when we are sending out the new product for a size swap or item swap. We allow up to two exchanges per order.
Full priced items (including full priced items that use a discount code) can be returned, swapped or exchanged for another item, as long as:
- They are unworn. (Trying on once is okay.)
- Undamaged. (Refer to what is classified as damages below)
- And the return process is started 7 days within receiving your items. (Please email or message us on one of our social medias within 7 days to start the return process)

Rest of the World
Since we are a small business at this stage we can't afford to pay for return postage or refund postage on international orders. If you are happy to cover return postage and/or resend postage we can do returns, swaps and exchanges. This only applies to full price items (including full priced items that use a discount code), as long as:
- They are unworn. (Trying on is okay.)
- Undamaged.
- And the return process is started 7 days within receiving your items. (Please email or message us on one of our social medias within 7 days to start the return process)

Damage Classification
Returned items must be in the following condition:
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
- Must not have any dirty marks, make-up or tan marks.
- Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder.
