How much is shipping?

All of our postage is done through Australia Post. Australia Post is only open Monday-Friday in our area. Any order placed on Friday or the weekend will be shipped off Monday when the post office is open.

Please allow up to 3 business days after your purchase for us to send through a tracking number. And up to 2 business days before the tracking number has any updates before contacting us.

Australia

Just Stickers & Earrings Shipping

Untracked standard shipping is $1 on Australian orders (5-14 business days). 

Tracked standard shipping is $3 on Australian orders (5-14 business days).

Express shipping in Australia is $11 (3-8 business days). FREE Standard AUS over $100 (5-14 business days). FREE Express AUS over $140 (3-8 business days)

Clothing + Other Items Shipping

Standard shipping is $8 on all Australian orders (5-14 business days). Express shipping in Australia is $11 (3-8 business days). FREE Standard AUS over $100 (5-14 business days). FREE Express AUS over $140 (3-8 business days)

International Shipping

All international shipping is done through Australia Post. Sometimes shipping to certain countries becomes unavailable without us knowing until we contact them. We will contact you as soon as we know if shipping is unavailable to that country.

New Zealand

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $15 (8 -18 business days). Express shipping to New Zealand is $25 (5-11 business days). FREE New Zealand shipping over $180 (8-18 business days)

United Kingdom

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $28 (12-28 business days). Express shipping to the United Kingdom is $38 (8-17 business days). FREE UK shipping over $250 (12-28 business days)

Canada

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $22 (12-20 business days). Express shipping to Canada is $32 (8-15 business days). FREE CANADA shipping over $200 (12-20 business days)

United States of America

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $22 (11-20 business days). Express shipping to United States of America is $32 (8-15 business days). FREE US shipping over $200 (11-20 business days)

Europe

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $32 (12-25 business days). Express shipping to Europe is $44 (8-15 business days). FREE Europe shipping over $250  AUD (12-25 business days). Discounted $15 AUD Standard EUROPE over $150 AUD (12-25 business days)

Other International Countries

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $38 (10-32 business days). Express shipping to Rest of the World is $52 (8-23 business days). FREE Rest of the World shipping over $400 (10-32 business days)

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and the rest of Europe. If you are outside these countries please do contact us as we can look into seeing whether we can still ship to you. 

EXCHANGES, SWAPS & RETURNS

We also do not accept returns or exchanges of any sale items. Final sale items are all items marked down on our website.

For Australia

We offer free returns, and will reimburse you for postage. Full price items (including full priced items that use a discount code) can be returned, swapped or exchanged for another item, as long as:

• They are unworn. (Trying on is okay.)
• Undamaged.
• And the return process is started 7 days within receiving your items. (Please email or message us on one of our social medias within 7 days to start the return process)

Rest of the World

Since we are a small business at this stage we can't afford to pay for return postage on international orders. If you are happy to cover return postage and/or resend we can do returns, swaps and exchanges. This only applies to full price items (including full priced items that use a discount code), as long as:

• Undamaged.
